Singles or Airbnb
Our basic package includes the redecoration and layout recommendations for up to a 1200 sqft one-bedroom apartment. Reconstruction ideas optional.

Family Size Home
Our most common package includes up to 2000 sqft four- bedroom home redecoration, draft of a floorplan update or layout refresh, and installation plan. Includes recommended construction and labor estimate.

Expected budget: <$4,000
Super Sized Suite
Our best package includes drafts of your current floorplan, a floorplan with our recommended alterations, a complete redecoration plan, blueprints for all construction changes, and all applicable development documents.

Expected budget: <$10,000
All budgets include itemized furniture and service invoices: designs, drafts, orders, and installations. Construction & laborer costs are not automatically included in expected budget unless discussed otherwise.
